About the Role:

You Will:

• Primarily responsible for initiating bank payments for Global Accounts Payable, Customer Refund, Employee Reimbursement and other disbursement needs.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices across multiple subsidiaries in multiple

currencies.

• Ensure vendor payables are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental

procedures.

• Assist the AP Lead in responding to inquiries from internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Resolve vendor payment set-up and issues.
• Collaborate with accounts payable team members in Manila, Managua, and Seattle.
• Ensure consistency of application of internal controls over the procure-to-pay process.
• Prepares and submits Weekly Summary of Payment Registers to the Treasury Department for cash

forecast.

• Assist in Cash Reconciliation by comparing and investigating cash in and out from different bank accounts.
• Post payments in Netsuite to close outstanding payables in the system.
• Other tasks as may be assigned.
