Team Leader for CSR Voice Account KAN

Account specific roles and responsibilities

• Handling a team of project coordinators and CSR (10-15 FTE)
• Managing US-based client effectively
• Managing own line of business effectively
• Coaching, training, mentoring CSR direct reports

Requirements

• At least 6 months BPO experience as a Team Lead

• Able to articulate a clear vision and goals for the team, capable of making informed decisions promptly and knows how to delegate tasks effectively based on team members' strengths.
• Efficiently manages time and prioritize and sets clear, achievable goals for the team and individuals.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Proficient in using MS Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw, Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
