Urgent Hiring: Senior Accountant

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assess financial statements according to GAAP and company regulations.

• Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and punctuality.

• Conduct account reconciliations and address any discrepancies.

• Create Accounting and Financial reports for client use and suggest enhancements when necessary.

• Offer financial analysis and insights to aid decision-making.

• Manage accounts and Ledgers, maintaining crucial financial and accounting data related to billing, reconciliation, and account collection.

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure financial alignment.

• Enhance internal controls to protect company assets.

• Serve as a primary liaison for both internal and external auditors.

• Document audit tests and findings in audit work papers.

• Mentor and support junior team members.

• Undertake miscellaneous financial projects as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field. Preferably CPA.

• With 5 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting

• Proficient in Odoo and US GAAP

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data

• Proven track record of leadership and mentorship

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Amenable to work in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City
