· Close new accounts and meet sales goals, quota and KPI.

· Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

· Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

· Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

· Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

· Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders 

· Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas

· Gathers information on customer and account needs to identify business opportunities for 1st A Logistics.

· Plans tactical marketing activities to exploit business opportunities, including return on investment analysis, costings, action plans, budgets, presents industry sales performance and micro-marketing proposals during monthly business reviews.

· Contact customers and makes presentations demonstrating the outstanding features of services offered by 1st A Logistics, promotes benefits of company products, and secures customers commitment to use 1st A Logistics services.

· Makes regular calls to potential and existing clientele to ensure continued customer satisfaction and demonstrates new products and services.

· Responds to sales leads from couriers, customer service and marketing personnel in a timely manner and provides feedback to sales leads source.

· Exercise good judgment in the administration of optional pricing programs.

· Provide a very high level of experience in the sales of 1st A Logistics services to new customers and to promote continued sales to existing customers to ensure that company sales objectives are achieved.

· Other tasks as required by the management.
