Job Description - Accounting/ Admin assistant

MAKATI CITY
  • Administrative Assistant: 2 years (Required)
  • College degree in Accounting or related field
  • Proficient with QuickBooks/MYOB similar softwarea and Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Macros, V-look up and/or Pivot Proficient in computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office applications
  • Basic mathematical skills and basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles
  • Experience in handling Business Permit Renewal and other registrations
  • Knowledge in PEZA compliance is a plus and proficient in Excel spreadsheets
  • Experienced and knowledgeable with coordinating with gov't agencies (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, BIR, etc)
  • Knowledge in Payroll
  • Knowledge of Accounting Software is a plus
