Duties & Responsibilities: 1.Assist in maintaining the general ledger for multiple legal entities 2. Support the monthly close process including bank reconciliations 3. Manage accounts payable order to payment 4. Support semi-monthly payroll, monthly subcontractor, weekly payroll payments of Installers and other Project Based Coordinator 5. Assist in payroll adjustments and timely posting of loans to statutory offices 6. Organize and file monthly notices, keep track of tax data reports and resolve any discrepancies and outstanding notices 7. Maintain orderly filing system- ensure all invoices and vouchers filed appropriately electronically 8. Administrative duties pertinent to filing, scanning, faxing, and mailing 9. Assist other team members and the General Manager 10. Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested 11. Provide support to Sales and Project-Based Coordinator for ongoing accounting, costing and recording issues 12. Assist with the Annual Audit 13. Participate in meetings as required 14. Other responsibilities which are deemed necessary to fulfill and contribute to the success of the business.
Job Qualifications Qualifications: a. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; b. Experienced in Quickbooks or Netsuite; c. Tech Savvy; d. Has a keen attention to details; e. Solution-oriented; f. Proactive and optimistic
Compensation 16,500
Compensation Range ₱15,000 - ₱20,000
