Job description:
The Administrative Assistant of Project Management Department responsibilities includes working closely with the Head of Project Management to prepare the required materials and equipment for the project within the timeframe. He /She will perform various coordinating tasks with the Technical Engineer and Purchasing Officer to perform the administrative duties in line with the acquisition of project requirement. He/She will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
