Job Description - Administrative Assistant Bookkeeper

ADMIN ASSISTANT/BOOKKEEPER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports such us but not limited to Expense Report, Revenue Report, and Salary Report.
  • Handle remittance of employee benefits to government agencies
  • Tracking hours and attendance of employees
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Accountancy or related fields
  • Experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to work in Taguig and Makati

SCHEDULE:

  • Hybrid - 4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote per Work Week

SALARY

  • Starting at 17,000
