Job Description/Summary - Handles internal appointments, telephone calls/messages, and queries.
- Handles travel/accommodation arrangements.
- Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos, and forms.
- Review and proof documents, records, and forms for accuracy, completeness, and conformance to applicable rules and regulations.
- Arrange regular/ special meetings including reservation of venue, food, transportation, and materials needed for the meeting, and sending reminders.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities analogous, germane, or related to and/or implied from the one enumerated above.
