Job Description - Administrator-Hybrid

We are looking for 0365 Administrator r for our client located in Alabang Salary: Up to 70K
Set-up: Hybrid

Summary of role:

0365 Collaboration Solutions Support Administrator will represent his/her department towards the Business Units and project teams and will assure a determining role in the management, support, maintenance, implementation, administration and lifecycle management of Google and Collaborative Solutions.

He/she will be positioned as a level 2 in the organization, using his/her expertise for problem diagnosis and solutions documentation, implementation, administration, support, and maintenance. The role is broadly split between providing day to day operational support for existing infrastructure services and users of those services, and project based work leading to the development and deployment of new infrastructure services.

This person must have good knowledge in 0365 services, office scripts, power shell, Exchange, SMTP, DNS. He/she must be able to lead, operate and continuously improve the environments distributed across 600+ remote locations globally. He must perform all aspects of the 0365administration tasks that helps to ensure availability, reliability and performance.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in 0365 administration and troubleshooting.
  • 1 year of scripting preferably but not limited to office scripting or Powershell.
  • Gsuite administration
  • Lumapps & AODOCs
  • Basic Knowledge in Active Directory
  • Basic Knowledge in Chromebook
  • Basic Knowledge in Chromebox for Meeting
  • Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Identity Manager
  • MS 0365 functionality and Administration (e.g. Office,Sharepoint, Exchange, Lyne, Teams)
  • Scripting skills (preferably Office scripting, powershell)
  • Basic Knowledge in DNS
  • Basic knowledge of Google G Suite functionality
  • Must have tenant to tenant migration

Responsibilities:
1. Support, implement, monitor and set-up the 0365environment, in respect of the Standards of the Group and of the Support Processes.
2. Second level of operational support for Worldwide Essilor and subs, including 0365 and SMTP
3. Automate tasks in scripting (Powershell, GAM, office scripts) to match with Business needs and improve the support, KPis, workflows, and reporting
4. Coordinate with various parties for change request management operation.
5. Documents 0365 configuration and architecture, update/create Standard Operating Procedures, and brief team members and key users.
6. Participate in emerging projects, and act at the technical level and as the liaison for the rest of his/her department.
7. Pro-active in ensuring stability, response time, operational consistency and life cycle over the email System, while providing monthly reports on activity, quality and performance of these System Infrastructures.
