What you will do:

• Configuration and Modification: Configuration and management of AI Systems, including third party software, to align them with fulfilling business operations and goals.
• Technical Support: Provide expert guidance and assistance to resolve technical challenges and issues within AI systems, ensuring smooth operation and rapid issue resolution. Also, raise potential issues discovered with AI Team and/or IT and support in troubleshooting.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI systems, including technical specifications, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI applications to ensure accuracy, reliability, and adherence to established standards.
• AI Implementation: Alignment of business requirements from AI with AI technology capabilities. And solution design for AI integration into key business functions for smooth implementation, and maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Which supports the strategies for business units utilizing AI technology through collaboration with AI Team and technology providers. And manage changes within the AI System and business requirements/function to continue achieving business goals with AI.
• Communication and Collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Performance Enhancement: Proactively identify areas for improvement within AI functionality and performance, developing advanced strategies to optimize AI applications' efficacy and efficiency.

What you should have:

• Candidate must reach at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years solid working experience in machine learning
• Cloud computing – Proficiency in Azure services (ML, Open AI, Cognitive search, functions, app service, bot, and application insights, Databricks, Familiarity in Natural Language Programming(NLP)
• Understanding of working with ML (Machine Learning)
• Experience of Developing Call Flows in AI enabled platform.
• Understanding of ASTERISK server usage for integration purposes of AI enabled platform with Outbound call center setup.
• Vendor Management skills (collaboration and communication)
• Understanding of JSON/CSV data structure
• Basic Data Mining skills - extracting and discovering patterns in large datasets
• Knowledge in SQL or relational database and reporting tools (SQL,Power BI, Tableau etc) and Proficiency in Python.
• Strong organizations skills and attention to details.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with stakeholder/vendors.
