Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Sage Intacct Administrator to join their dynamic team. As a Sage Intacct Administrator, you play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our financial software ecosystem. Your meticulous attention to detail and expertise in Sage Intacct are essential for accurate financial data management. Position Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the export and import of historical data as needed
  • Execute daily imports of sales data from various Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Daily review of sales entries, prioritizing clients and ensuring accuracy
  • Regular scrutiny of the activity log for errors, with prompt corrective actions
  • Access and participate in training sessions to enhance proficiency in Sage Intacct modules and configurations
  • Replicate and create reports, dashboards, and contribute to the overall setup of Sage Intacct
  • Assist in resolving help desk tickets related to Sage Intacct, leveraging advanced understanding and expertise in the software
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or any related field
  • In-depth knowledge of Sage Intacct functionalities
  • Proficient in Vlookups, Filters, and Pivot tables
  • Ability to differentiate between balance sheet and income statement entries
  • Proficiency in working with and understanding journal entries
  • Ability to develop checks and balances confirm data accuracy
  • Independent thinker with aptitude to Identify potential ways to expedite existing processes
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven individual with clear and effective communication skills
