Job Summary: The Area Affiliate Operation Specialist is responsible for the execution of the marketing strategies created and developed by the team leader focusing on building a strong network and relationships with potential affiliates within the specific or assigned area. This role shall focus on planning, organizing and executing network events, and/or meet-ups to connect with potential affiliates.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate in recruiting, hiring and managing a team of marketing affiliates in a designated assigned area.

Work closely with the team to ensure the execution of the marketing strategies set by the team leader.

Establish a network and build relationships with potential affiliates within a specified area.

Lead the group of affiliates in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategy.

Focus on expanding the network and effectively promoting and campaigning our products.

Analyze and optimize affiliate operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate the success of networking efforts and recommend and implement improvements based on analytical findings.

Prepare reports for management, highlighting the metrics, and areas for improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Mass Communication or any related courses.

Proven experience in affiliate marketing with focus on networking and relationship-building.

Pleasing and professional personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Event planning and execution expertise to create impactful network events.

Proficient in developing and implementing marketing strategies for network expansion.

Detailed-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

Minimum of one (1) year work related experience.

Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Must be willing to work on field within NCR and/nearby provinces.

Physically fit, with the ability to manage stress and be self-motivated.
