Job Title: Associate Lease Administrator
Location: Remote (PST Timezone)

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM PST (Open to flexible hours to work for the candidate and can be asynchronous)

Job description:

Are you detail-oriented with a passion for lease administration? We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an Associate Lease Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing lease abstracts, conducting lease research, and assisting with portfolio lease audits. If you have experience with MRI or other SaaS accounting software and are looking for a challenging opportunity in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare lease abstracts using Excel templates and MRI software for initial lease charges and catch-up billing
• Perform lease abstraction for acquisitions, including preparation of Asset Detail files
• Complete MRI suite/rent roll reconciliations for acquisitions and dispositions
• Conduct ad hoc portfolio lease audits, including options, percentage rents, merchant fees, late fees, CAM audit sunset clauses, and Tenant category audits
• Conduct lease research for tenant inquiries
• Update co-tenancy reports
• Transfer MRI sales data for renewal leases
• Draft tenant ledger reconciliations for disputes

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel (intermediate or above)
• Experience with MRI or other SaaS accounting software
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus
