JOB DESCRIPTION

• Produce Technical Drawings and Documents that are required for ARCHITECTURAL, STRUCTURAL and MEPFS using Computer aided Design Programs or BIM (AUTOCADD, SKECTH UP, REVIT, ARCHICADD. ETC)
• Assists in the Preparation of Drawings and Documents required by Architects and Engineers to complete Various Works and Projects

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce CLEAR, FAST AND ACCURATE Drawings Such as SHOP DRAWINGS, Revision, as Built Plans and other drawings needed for the projects assigned to her/him
• Reviews and familiarized Himself /Herself with the issued Drawings and Documents
• Organize Files (HARD COPY AND SOFT COPY) including FOR CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS (FCD) REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI), REQUEST FOR APPROVAL (RFA), Submittals, E-Mails Correspondence and other Documents/Drawings that is essential and confidential to the project
• Ensure that the drawings generated are done with quality and verified by the architect and engineers of the project and base on actual site condition
• Performed other task that may be assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATION

• Graduate of Architecture or Equivalent
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and Manual Drafting
• Proficient in Construction Documentation
• Able to use Various Microsoft Offices
• Simple Computer Troubleshooting (Installing, Uninstall Computer Programs, and Maintenance)
• Know how to use Adobe Photoshop or Equivalent for production of drawings
• At least 1 – 2 years relevant work experience required for this role
