Job Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable transactions in QuickBooks Online.
• Ensure all billable expenses are invoiced to clients.
• Respond to client billing inquiries via email.
• Reconcile bank accounts at the end of each month.
• Research recurring business filing requirements for C Corporation and execute these filings by the specified due dates. (Income tax returns will be filed by Bonboard's CPA.)
• California Department of Tax and Fee Administration: File quarterly sales tax returns and all pre-payments online by the specified due dates.
• Work with Executive Bookkeeping Consultant and CPA annually to close the books for the prior tax year and provide all financial data required for Federal & State tax returns.

Qualifications:

• Bacheloru0027s Degree in Accounting and/or related course
• At least 2 years of working experience
• US Bookkeeper with Quickbooks experience/background
