Possible tasks: • Transferring excel data.• Adhoc Invoicing & Accounts Reconciliation• Email Management• Bank Reconciliation• Monitoring the Fixed Asset Registry• Creating Adhoc Payments• Other finance/adhoc support as required.
Requirements: • Graduate of a 4-year Business Course
• With at least 1 year experience in a finance administrative role• With at least 1 year experience in processing invoices, account reconciliations, payments processing, and email management• Has Good Microsoft Excel Knowledge & Experience• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize to meet deadlines.• Excellent attention to detail• Well-organized and can meet strict deadlines• Australian client experience is a plus but not required.• Xero experience is a plus but not required.• Healthcare administrative experience is a plus but not required.
