BPO Operations Manager

TASQ Staffing Solutions is currently seeking candidates for the position of Operations Manager for Clark, Pampanga. The qualifications for this role are as follows:

• Possess a bachelor's degree.
• Have three years of experience in operations and management, with a focus on process transformation under a BPO company
• Exhibit strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making improvement recommendations
• Demonstrate leadership abilities to drive enhancements and resolve issues
• Efficiently manage time and multiple schedules
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have a proficient working knowledge of MS Office applications
• Willingness to work on-site in Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong, on a night shift and with shifting schedules
