Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, management, or any business – related course  At least 12 years of relevant work experience, min. of 5 year managerial experience. Must have experience in Product Development, Marketing, Sales and/or Project Management.  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Responsibilities: Interprets research data to gain insights into market trends and customer needs. 2. Conducts additional market and product research to stay ahead of competitors. 3. Initiates new product initiatives based on market needs. 4. Anticipates potential product offerings and implements mandates from the Corporate Strategy and Marketing Director.
