✅ YOU MUST HAVE:

1. At least 1-2 years experience in reporting or analytics — BPO preferred
2. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
3. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
4. Excellent data visualization and communication skills
5. Knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a plus
6. Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule
7. Must be based in Metro Manila
