Job Description - Business Sales Executive

ALJERON MEDICAL ENTERPRISES is a leading provider of medical equipment and devices that are high-quality, affordable, and suitable for the needs of advanced healthcare facilities in the country.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will play an important role in:

  • Creating product demand | Demonstrating/presenting products | Establishing new business |Maintaining accurate records | Preparing bidding documents | Negotiating contracts
  • Reaching monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets;
  • Promoting and selling the company's products through daily hospital coverage;
  • Arranging appointments with doctors, end-users, administrative hospital staff, and other key decision-makers to organize product presentations;
  • Building and maintaining positive working relationships with clients;
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional society conventions and exhibits
  • Creating demand and increasing awareness by emphasizing the need for core products.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biology, chemistry, nursing, or business administration
  • Preferably with experience in the medical device industry;
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge about the hospital's structure and process flow is an advantage.
  • Must be results-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets;
  • Skills: presentation, communication, negotiation, and good selling skills.
  • Preferably a resident of the open area;
