12.Technology Integration
Leveraging technology and data automation to enhance supply chain visibility, optimize plant processes, and improve overall efficiency.
13.Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
Working closely with CFO and CCO to ensure seamless coordination between Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Plants and other relevant functions
14.Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement opportunities for efficiency gains and implementing changes to enhance operational efficiency on an ongoing basis.
15.Compliance
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols in supply chain and plant operations.
16.Resource Allocation
Optimizing the allocation of resources, including labor rightsizing, equipment, and materials, to meet set targets.
17.Problem Resolution
Addressing and resolving day-to-day operational challenges in both the supply chain and plant operations.
18.Performance Monitoring
Dashboard Monitoring - key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain and plant operations.
19.Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with CEO to develop and implement strategic plans that align with company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Implementation: Lead the implementation of sales and commercial strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
Policy Definition: Define and uphold commercial policies, ensuring alignment with the annual budget.
Data Analysis: Dive into data and reports to provide valuable insights for achieving company objectives.
Financial Monitoring: Present comprehensive financial reports, particularly focused on sales, to the c-suite. Strong math skills are a plus!
Team Leadership: Oversee and guide a dynamic team, providing beneficial instructions and advice.
Process Oversight: Contribute insights when teams are developing new processes, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Employment Decisions: Have a say in hiring and termination decisions within your team.
Product Launches: Lead the charge in launching new products or services, collaborating with marketing and relevant departments.
