Job Description - CIB Operations - Fund Servicing Analyst

Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the reviewing of daily reports relating to Corporate Actions and Income accounting within SLA Client Deliverables.
  • Review differences between the accounting system being migrated
  • Review existing client workflows and process to align with new accounting system
  • Review on system issues that impacts processing
  • Respond to queries from client / tax / fund accounting in relation to migration of the systems.
  • Pro-actively investigate & clear all asset & cash differences resulting from Corporate Actions processing on daily basis.
  • Ensure that customer service levels provided to client meet SLA requirements.
  • Responsible for the escalation of issues of material importance as soon as they are identified.
  • Provide assistance to other staff within the team with the completion of their work when needed.
  • Seek ways to improve and streamline procedures.
  • Assist with projects
  • Adherance to 'PRINCIPLES OF MAINTAINING A STRONG PROCESS CONTROL ENVIRONMENT'

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

  • International or Domestic corporate action experience, preferably from a custody or funds management background
  • Data Entry Skills
  • Computer literacy – advanced Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Financial Markets, Hiportfolio/Wins would be an advantage but are not essential
