Job Description - C-Level Executive Assistant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Interpersonal Savvy: Relates well to all kinds of people, up, down, and sideways, inside and outside the organization; builds appropriate rapport; builds constructive and effective relationships; uses diplomacy and tact; can diffuse even high-tension situations comfortably.. Problem Solving: Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions; probes all fruitful sources for answers; can see hidden problems; is excellent at honest analysis; looks beyond the obvious and doesn't stop at the first answers. Time Management: Uses his/her time effectively; values time; concentrates his/her efforts on the more important priorities; gets more done in less time than others; can attend to a broader range of activities Required Knowledge & Skills: College Graduate 2 to 3 years and above related experience Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Suite applications consistent with Firm’s standards Effective verbal and written communication skills High English skills. Digitally upskilled Excellent communication skills Customer service oriented Attention to detail Other Capabilities: Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience Demonstrate some abilities and/or proven record of success in identifying and addressing client needs such as responding to clients requests promptly and professionally , readily offering assistance, contributing to a positive, collaborative working environment, and proactively seeking instruction, feedback and coaching to improve performance Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently with professional discretion Must be amenable to work on a Night Shift schedule.
