Clinic Manager-Manila

Drake’s top client – a network of multi-specialty medical clinics is currently hiring a Clinic Manager to be part of their collaborative team in Robinson Place Manila. Core function: We are looking for a Clinic Manager to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of the clinic. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement clinical practices, policies, procedures, and systems for enhancing existing clinic services and improving patient care at MyH.
• Assists in creating long-term plans and implementing marketing campaigns to increase the profitability of the clinic.
• Organizes monthly meetings to address clinic operation concerns and roll out new policies and protocols to all staff members.
• Supports the development and implementation of cost-effective policies and procedures for administrative and operational areas.
• Resolves administrative and operational issues, including facility and network maintenance concerns, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Acts as a liaison officer between the clinic and external parties, collaborating with the Cluster Heads and Sales & Marketing team to handle customer expectations and complaints.
• Monitors the staffing schedules of medical doctors and staff to ensure adequate coverage.
• Endorses doctor applicants for credentialing and forwards the required documents to the Admin Assistant for filing.
• Requests HRD to prepare consultancy contracts and explain the provisions to the consultant before signing and notarizing.
• Conducts final interviews for applicants endorsed by HRD for clinic vacancies.
• Reviews medical and laboratory results and conducts performance evaluations for direct reports, identifying training and development needs for clinic staff.
• Coaches, disciplines, and motivates clinic personnel for a healthy work environment.
• Utilizes provided safety equipment and follows instructions to avoid accidents or dangerous situations at work.
• Follows prescribed steps during emergencies and reports work hazards to the immediate supervisor or responsible safety and health personnel.
• Participates in safety and health capacity-building activities and other related programs.

• Graduate of any medical-related degree
• With a medical professional license (nursing, physical therapist, medical technology, etc.)
• With 3 years of experience in the same capacity as a Clinic Manager
• With people management experience and training related to Basic Life Support, Occupational Health and Safety, and Advance Life Support.
• Having an extensive comprehension of healthcare industry regulations, healthcare in its entirety, as well as Occupational Health and Safety.
• With knowledge/use of clinical practice/best practice guidelines
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule with 2 rest days.
• Willing to work Onsite (Robinsons Place Manila)
