Job Description

• Act as a first responder for customer systems and infrastructure.
• Oversee and maintain cloud infrastructure for customers.
• Develop solutions for challenging and critical problems.
• Collaborate with software and engineering teams to support existing workflows.
• Participate in on-call duty to address emergency outages.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive automated solutions.
• Embedded in teams focusing on development, quality, performance, reliability, infrastructure, security, and compliance.

The Successful Applicant

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher education.
• Demonstrate expertise in Linux Administration, particularly Ubuntu and RHEL.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience with AWS managed services and various IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, Chef, Ansible, or Puppet.
• Proficient in Git/Github/Gitlab, Artifactory, CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, TeamCity, Spinnaker), and build tools like Maven or Gradle.
• Experienced with containerization technologies including Kubernetes, Docker, Hashicorp Nomad, EKS, and ECS.
• Familiarity with log and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana, Splunk, and AWS CloudWatch.
• Minimum 3 years of supporting Infrastructure in an agile development environment.
• Capable of creating automation scripts using Bash, Python, or Go.
• Possess a good understanding of DevOps culture and tools.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
