Job Description

You have the opportunity to:

• Be part of the Finance Team that covers 8 countries in APAC
• Interact and work closely with colleagues from other Versuni Offices in APAC
• Opportunity to be exposed to the business operations of domestic appliances

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinating and following through on collecting payments, due collections plans, reducing past due, bad debt exposure, and other quantitative targets, by performing portfolio management activities for customer base of key accounts. Execution of system established collection plan / protocol.
• Analyze and monitor delinquent account balances, including effective overdue control and follow-up program for all customer accounts that are late, overdue, potentially overdue, or potential written off.
• Contacting clients or key account managers with past due balances in the portfolio to obtain   payment, payment commitment, and follow up on payment promises; or claim payments from   intermediary (when collections are executed by 3rd parties (limited to some collectors).
• Reporting any disputed/ short paid invoices with reasons for disputes and collaborating with the stakeholders to expedite resolution/payment.
• Perform customer account reconciliation including support to cash application team for clearing customer payments and credit items within pre-agreed timeline.
• Support and develop accounts receivable lean process improvements, and Master data Quality, responsible for compliance of Internal Control checks.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:

• University Graduate with at least 5 years experience in credit and collection of which 3 years in a multi-national company setting
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Good understanding of MS Excel is preferred
