Compliance and Data Specialist (Manila or Cebu-based)

JOB SUMMARY:
As a Compliance and Data Specialist, you will conduct compliance checking of all branches to governmental, corporate, safety policies and resilience plans through scheduled compliance assessments. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Compliance and Business Continuity Assurance

• Conducting monthly checking that all branches follow government policies, internal procedures, availability of business forms and other regulatory requirements by checking documented guidelines and actual scenarios.
• Conducting the semi-annual testing of branch continuity plan in collaboration with the QMS and Regulatory team.
  
   

System and Reports Enhancement

• Performing maintenance and enhancements on the delivery app, warehouse app, and other Supply Chain Operations (SCO) reports.
• Initiating the development of new systems reports, including but not limited to blueprint creation, data validation, collaborative efforts with the IT team, and securing final usage clearance for production deployment.

Data Analysis

• Analyzing and creating Supply Chain Operations (SCO) data reports as needed by the management.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's/College Degree in supply chain or business course

Professional Experience:
At least 2 years of SCO experience

Skills Required:

• Critical thinking skills for effective decision-making when addressing SCO concerns and recommending application enhancements
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional teams to effectively navigate diverse interactions, foster teamwork, and maintain a positive organizational culture
• Verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas, instructions, and feedback clearly and persuasively
• Proficiency in utilizing Google Workspace for the accurate creation of reports, streamlining the workflow and efficient communication with other stakeholders
• Data analytic and presentation skills to provide insights and recommendations about SCO data reports
