Job Description

1. You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Philippines s in the faculty of law, Business Administration, or any related field

2. You possess at least 2 years experience in Regulatory Compliance, Banking, Fintech/

Financing Institutions

3. You are a fast learner

4. With strong analytical and project management skills; effective oral and written communication skills; problem-solving skills.1. Communicating with BSP and SEC in order to facilitate the request of our company based on each task. For example, applying for new license, BSP operation reports submission, etc

2. Responsible for compliance to Anti-money laundary system and other BSP supervision. Remind department head to report issues/incidents, impact regulatory with the proposed action plan and resolution.

3. Assist in the development of compliance initiatives and programs to comply with the AML regulatory obligations

4. Conducting monitoring, analysis new regulatory circulars and company-wide policies of the Compliance Office to ensure awareness that will impact the company.

5. Giving legal training based on topic base within the company

6. Other tasks request by the Chief Compliance Officer

Qualifications
