Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Experience Specialist located in Taguig. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support. This includes addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and generating reports. We provide dollar rate incentives. The incentives are attainable, and our employees can reach up to P80,000 just for the incentives per month. The start date is May 3, 2024.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
