Discover Your Role: Content Administrator's Landscape

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: Prime Day Shift (Mon-Fri 7AM-4PM), Possible Saturday Shift

Work Setup: Onsite, Makati

Ignite Impact: Your Mission as a Content Moderator

  • Utilize your genuine passion for customer service and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Moderate agent reviews through Salesforce using a provided checklist.
  • Provide consumer reviews and agent replies, ensuring timely publication or rejection within 1 business day.
  • Link agent profiles to relevant reviews within 1 business day.
  • Process transfer of agent reviews between agencies upon request within 1 business day.
  • Work as part of a high-performing team, driving for performance excellence and stretching outside your comfort zone to develop and grow.
  • Drive customer loyalty, advocacy, and retention through exceptional customer interactions.
  • Communicate with colleagues across the team to achieve the best outcomes for our consumers and customers.
  • Collaborate as one team to remove roadblocks to delivering on consumer and customer needs.
  • Embrace the digital aspect being tech-savvy comes naturally to you. We use a variety of systems, such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and Slack (previous experience with these would give you bonus points).

Requirements

Fuel Your Career: Essential Skills and Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Content Moderator
  • Runs on the board: experience in a customer-facing environment that is fast-paced and ever-changing.
  • Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to deliver a service that promotes customer loyalty and advocacy.
  • Strong customer centricity, the ability to showcase your resilience when dealing with challenging situations.
  • Ownership: taking accountability for the consumer and customer experience and displaying a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong problem resolution skills to resolve consumer and customer moderation tasks and inquiries in a timely manner through analysis and decision making.
  • Someone who is tech-savvy, loves to work in a digital environment, and is a keen learner.
  • A team player: the ability to support others while having a bit of fun!
