Corporate Strategy Manager

The Corporate Strategy Manager is responsible for collaborating with the groups, facilitating and ensuring that the group’s strategies are aligned with the organization's long-term strategic plan. This includes identifying and analyzing trends, developing and evaluating strategic options, and making recommendations to the President and other senior leaders. 

The Corporate Strategy Manager also works closely with other departments to ensure that the strategic plan is aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the organization's long-term strategic plan.
• Identify and analyze trends that may impact the organization's future.
• Develop and evaluate strategic options.
• Make recommendations to the CEO and other senior leaders on strategic decisions.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that the strategic plan is aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
• Monitor the implementation of the strategic plan and make adjustments as needed.
• Conduct regular reviews of the strategic plan to ensure that it is still relevant and effective.

Key Requirements:

• Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic planning and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
