Checks incoming messages from GC on delivery concerns from prior days. Receives turnover documents (e.g., schedule of delivery, delivery routes for the day, EFGR, RRM) from POD Verifier and Invoicer. Sort and organize data. Prepares and sends SK report (in Excel) to Selecta on stocks offloaded previous day. Encodes Delivery Schedule details in Excel (e.g., name of outlet, store location, truck type, truck license plate, trucking company, names of delivery crew, volume of goods delivered). Send Excel report to Selecta via telegram. Conducts regular follow-up with the delivery crew during the day on status of deliveries. Coordinates closely with Selecta on delivery options in case when there is queuing in receiving areas in markets and the like. Refers to immediate superior on final disposition of deliveries and informs Selecta thereof. Uploads final Excel reports on deliveries made (DSDM) and offloaded stocks into Selecta sharedpoint, OL (Outbound Logistics) issues and CD related concerns. Encodes in SK Report (refer to No. 2 above), all Credit Notes issued for deliveries returned due to fully loaded freezer at stores/outlets. Updates daily KPI SK report to URIC sharedpoint. Acts as a responsible representative of the Company to its Clients and Customers. Ensures that your duties and responsibilities as Customer Service Representative are met. Performs other duties and responsibilities inherent in the position as Customer Service Representative and all other tasks which may be assigned from time to time by his immediate superior.
