Customer Sales Representative - (Student Counselor)

Wise Immigration & Study Services are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Sales Representative - (Student Counselor) to join our team. As a case officer, your primary responsibility is to verify the information provided by applicants, conducting background checks, assessing eligibility requirements, and making decisions on whether to grant or deny an application.

Responsibilities:

· Identifies sales leads and sources

· Initiates communication with incoming leads/ prospects through company’s efforts and the individual’s as well

· Achieves monthly sales target

· Conforms to all Sales Policies and Procedures of the Sales Team ensuring proper WISe Sales’ conduct, decorum and culture

· Assists in resolving customer’s queries, complaints, or issues in a timely manner

· Works seamless with other sales executives to develop strategies to attract, maintain and round potential clients.

· Attends performances and other events as required out of the normal office hours within and outside Makati.

· Helps management in forthcoming services and discuss on special promotions

· Supports the overall marketing objective of the company both externally and internally

· Takes responsibility for specific campaigns and promotional events as agreed with the Operational Manager meetings, orientations, symposiums, seminars or any form of gathering wherein the company can promote its interest

· Undertakes any reasonable duties as the request of the Supervisor

· Performs other task assigned by the management from time to time

· Sends reports weekly and monthly report to the Senior or Supervisor

· Performs daily and weekly administrative tasks as required

· Works effectively in a team environment and help others where needed

· Undertakes any reasonable duties at the request of the Chief-Operations

· Maintains high level of delivery in order to meet SLAs (Service Level Agreement)

· A successful applicant will be assigned to our Makati Branch, located at City Land 10, Tower 1, Unit 1201, 156 H.V. Dela Costa, Makati City.

Requirements:

· A Graduate of any 4 year program

· Applicant with 6 months’ work experience is an advantage

· Must be proficient with MS Office

· Aggressive in telemarketing & field work

· With good oral and written communication skills

· Initiative and productive in performing one’s task

· Can work with less supervision and can handle pressure

· Highly trainable for long term commitment

· With pleasing personality, confident, hardworking, and assertive

· Can relate well with different types of people.

Pay: Php15,860.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
