Customer Service Representative (Japanese Speaker)

Purpose of the Position

We are rapidly expanding our workforce around the world and are currently hiring. We invite motivated and engaged people to join us as Customer Support Administrators in a full-time capacity.

In this position you will be working as part of a strong customer-focused team as the first point of contact for new existing customers, predominantly via email. You will be focused on providing outstanding customer service support by responding to customer enquiries regarding trade investigation, account set-up & verification, technology, and dashboard support, and actioning any other requests.

These roles will see you working in a high pressure, repetitive natured environment, whilst handling diverse customer conversations and navigating complex systems. You will see yourself working in a highly agile environment as the result of evolving customer, technology, and business needs.

The main responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative include:

  • Provide administrative support to our clients & customers via email and chat channels in a timely, helpful & professional manner
  • Educate clients in the company's platforms, trading products and rules, and breach/withdrawal
  • Manage administration and account set-up of customer accounts
  • Work closely with the Finance and Account Management teams to ensure client's needs are efficiently met
  • Provide ongoing assistance and testing in the implementation of new systems, technology and processes
  • Handling complaints in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
  • Report customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary to prevent potential churn

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • Excellent English and Japanese communication skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, BComms or equivalent
  • Previous administration experience supporting diverse client base
  • An understanding or interest in trading, FX or general finance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong team player who is willing to go above and beyond to support the team in all aspects of the work

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements:

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth).
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs - front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC's Onboarding Team)
