Customer Service Representative

Position: Customer Service Representative

Work Hours: 8 am to 5 pm, CST, Monday -Friday

Holidays: TBD

Pay Range: USD 800 - 1200

Responsibilities:

• Phone Reception: Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Collect necessary personal information from customers and ensure it is accurately recorded in our system.
• Job Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule jobs for our team, ensuring that tasks are assigned efficiently and deadlines are met. Maintain clear communication with team members about their assignments and schedules.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues. Ensure a positive customer experience by listening to their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Office Administration: Perform various office tasks such as maintaining records, filing documents, and managing office supplies. Assist with the organization of meetings, events, and other office activities as needed.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
• Tech-savvy.
• A minimum of one to two years of relevant experience.
