The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent data entry skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service over the phone. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email with clear, concise, and professional communication. Must have excellent data entry skills to reply to live chat Handle incoming phone calls with a courteous and attentive demeanor, ensuring every customer interaction reflects positively on the company. Cultivate strong communication and rapport with customers and team members to facilitate seamless operations. Utilize basic computer skills to navigate and operate software such as Google Sheets and Outlook. Assist with data entry tasks as needed to maintain accurate records and documentation. Requirements: Proficient in written communication, with the ability to craft professional and effective emails. Excellent command of spoken English to provide clear and articulate responses during phone interactions. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Basic knowledge of computer applications, including Google Sheets and Outlook. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and data entry roles.
