Job Description :

• System Data Entry
• Assists customer orders and inquiries
• Order/Stocks Replenishment
• Report variances and correction of stock qty
• Collections of due accounts
• Deposit Collections (cash and checks)
• Monitoring of customer orders/coordination with customers for pick-up of ordered items
• Monitoring of Accounts Receivables / Monthly Report
• Petty Cash Monitoring and Replenishments
• Monitoring of Office Supplies and other needs of the Depot
• Processing of Permits and Licenses
• Building monitoring of rental payment and tenant concerns

• Graduate of any Business course
• experience in sales analysis
• Good at office work, familiar with report preparation, memo, and business correspondence.
• With good analytical skills.
• Proficient in excel and office applications.
• With good communication skills both written and oral
• With good interpersonal skills
• Experience as Marketing Head or in the sales-marketing field is an advantage but not necessary
• Good attention to details
• With good EQ ethical and professional behavior
• Can work with minimum supervision
• Strong leadership abilities and management skills
• Willing to be assigned R. Magsaysay Ave. Davao City
