JOB SUMMARY

Initiates Planning & Execution of Retail Projects within given time constraint. Monitors & Manages people involved in the project, such as consultants and other parties and technical group

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and Plan Preparation / Initiation
• Assists in deliberation of Business Dev't in new projects to produce project brief and feasibility study
• Assists in planning and design of conceptual drawings for new projects
• Newforma file preparation, naming convention & uploading
• Design Review / Design Management of Outsourced Projects
• Prepares completion of required design plans, such as Architectural and MEPF, for permit and construction
• Monitors projects through update of project status and production of timeline and target construction date
• Review of Architectural, MEPF and specialty design drawings from consultants which suffice with the Department's standards
• Coordinate with other proponents if needed (Hotel Group, BPO Group, MRB Group, etc.)
• Construction Implementation Reviews approved designs and drawings through site inspection in order to check if everything is in accordance with the approved layout
• Monitors and coordinates with construction team for any technical issues that need to be addressed through design of consultants
• Newforma file preparation, naming convention, uploading & logging of RFA/RFI Planning and Engineering Allied Services
• Collation of internal requests from Mall Opt's, Business Dev't, CPCAD, Permits, Etc.
• Assist in preparation of leasing kit and other collaterals
• Technical Support / Corporate and Administrative Works
• Coordinates and prepares requirements of requesting inter-office department and other administrative or corporate activities

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of BS Architecture
• Licensed Architect
• Knows how to operate Auto CAD
• Knows how to operate MS Office
• Knows Basic Adobe Photoshop
• Knows basic Revit
• Knows how to operate newforma & smartsheet platform
