Development Specialist

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of a four-year course, preferably Environmental Science/Planning, Management, Public Administration. Graduate of any related courses.
• Â With at least 2 years of experience in project management and cross-functional coordination;
• Utility scale solar development experience is preferable.
• LGU and NGA coordination experience will be an advantage;
• Proficient with Google Earth, CAD, Adobe, and Microsoft Office applications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support development activities of solar projects, from inception to shovel-ready status

• Â Prepare and review project-related documents (e.g., regulatory submissions, deck for

Management, LGU presentations).

• Â Attend barangays and LGU consultations and collate the minutes of meetings.
• Â Prepare presentation materials for all stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of documents related to securing land and environmental-related

permits.

• Â Support contractor engagement activities
• Lead vendor management activities.
• Assist in monitoring Project progress by maintaining a database for tracking activities,

documents, and budget.

• Follows through cross-functional coordination among ACEN support team members (legal,

finance, commercial, external affairs, communications, and construction).

• Handle other project development work streams as required by the Immediate Supervisor.
