REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of a four-year course, preferably Environmental Science/Planning, Management, Public Administration. Graduate of any related courses.
- Â With at least 2 years of experience in project management and cross-functional coordination;
- Utility scale solar development experience is preferable.
- LGU and NGA coordination experience will be an advantage;
- Proficient with Google Earth, CAD, Adobe, and Microsoft Office applications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support development activities of solar projects, from inception to shovel-ready status
- Â Prepare and review project-related documents (e.g., regulatory submissions, deck for
Management, LGU presentations).
- Â Attend barangays and LGU consultations and collate the minutes of meetings.
- Â Prepare presentation materials for all stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of documents related to securing land and environmental-related
permits.
- Â Support contractor engagement activities
- Lead vendor management activities.
- Assist in monitoring Project progress by maintaining a database for tracking activities,
documents, and budget.
- Follows through cross-functional coordination among ACEN support team members (legal,
finance, commercial, external affairs, communications, and construction).
- Handle other project development work streams as required by the Immediate Supervisor.
