Digital Marketing Director

Job Responsibilities:

• Proven expertise in developing and leading marketing strategies in the Online Gaming or ecommerce fields.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire a marketing team.

• Manage all facets of user acquisition campaigns, such as paid advertising, influencer collaborations, and promotional events. Assess the effectiveness of these campaigns and refine strategies to enhance return on investment and foster growth.
• Lead, mentor, and guide the marketing team to cultivate a collaborative and high-performing environment. Establish clear objectives and expectations, empowering team members to excel in their respective roles.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Possess at least 7 years of marketing experience, specializing in digital marketing and user acquisition, ideally within the gaming or entertainment sector.
• Demonstrated success in creating and implementing effective marketing strategies that result in increased user growth and engagement.
• Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels such as paid advertising, social media, content marketing, and SEO/SEM.
• Exceptional analytical abilities and proficiency in utilizing data analysis tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Outstanding leadership and communication capabilities, coupled with the capacity to inspire and energize cross-functional teams.
