E-commerce Associate

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for populating product information, product photos and site promotions
• Create/Improve product upload sheet format based on the website requirements
• Evaluate completeness and accuracy of received data from the Accounts team and inaccurate data inputs are rejected.
• Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information and ensure that all Data being uploaded online is 100% - Accurate
• Ensure 100% successful data upload and troubleshoot any upload error by reviewing data inputs
• Accurately review to ensure that all details of promotion are within the specification of the client by running tests scenarios after promotion upload. Send proof of test cases to accounts team
• Collaborate with the Accounts team, use data to analyze which select keywords are beneficial for product names
• Sync product catalogues and inventory to ensure that accurate data will be available in the website

• Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field.
• 1 year experience in e-commerce platforms
• Willing to work daily onsite in Malate Manila, Monday-Friday
