Job Description - Employee Engagement and Administrative Coordinator

RecruitGo is in search of  a motivated and experienced Employee Engagement and Administrative Coordinator who will be responsible for developing and implementing employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity. This includes organizing events, conducting surveys, and analyzing feedback to create a positive work culture.

 

Employee Engagement and Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities:

 

Administrative Support:

  • Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of company communications and reports.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Coordinate and support employee recognition and reward programs.

Event Planning and Coordination:

  • Plan, organize, and execute company events, including team-building activities, workshops, and social gatherings.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.

Creative Presentation and Design:

  • Create visually appealing presentations, flyers, and other materials using Canva, Photoshop, and other design applications.
  • Design and update company newsletters, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
  • Assist in the development of multimedia content for internal and external communications.
 

Employee Engagement and Administrative Coordinator Requirements:

 
  • Proven experience in administrative support, employee relations, and event management.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and other relevant applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
  • Sample Portfolio for hiring manager’s review.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.
