Job Description - Employee Services Associate

Job Overview

The role primarily focuses on facilitating the seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for DITO employees, with an opportunity to broaden responsibilities to include multitasking in organizing and supporting employee events. This position involves direct interaction with employees to address concerns promptly, handle general inquiries, contribute to the efficient management of HR operations plans and programs, and be proactive in identifying potential obstacles in the processes and suggesting improvement strategies.

Onboarding support

  • Acting as a primary point of contact for new starters.
  • Send comprehensive emails to new employees containing details of their initial tasks and promptly address any inquiries they may have.
  • Ensure the completion of all necessary paperwork, including pre-employment requirements, to maintain up-to-date and well-organized employee records.
  • Schedule and coordinate New Employment Orientation -NEO sessions.
  • Provide comprehensive support for employee-related tools and resources, including administration of employee IDs and ensuring access to necessary job-related materials.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to facilitate a seamless transition for new employees, ensuring their needs are met from day one.
  • Manage PR/PO and RFP filing processes, contributing to efficient office operations.
  • Office supplies management
  • Create and compile reports and audits as requested.
  • Any other requests from Operations and/or HR for support

Offboarding support

  • Facilitate the seamless execution of offboarding procedures, providing comprehensive assistance and monitoring resigned employees until the completion of their Exit Clearance.
  • Collaborate with various departments- HR team and hiring manager to ensure alignment on the appropriate exit date, including the return of company property and the cancellation of access to relevant systems and resources.

Events Assistance

  • On the day of events, actively participate in setting up and tearing down decorations, monitoring supply deliveries, and overseeing operational tasks to guarantee a successful event.
  • Aid in the procurement and distribution of event merchandise giveaways, ensuring a seamless process from sourcing to distribution.
  • Manage venue bookings, coordinate vendor contracts, and handle payments as needed, ensuring all contractual obligations are met
