ENGINEERING AND MAINTENANCE TEAM LEADER

Directs and supervises the activities of assigned personnel, performs all maintenance activities in the plant.

1. Completion of planned preventative and routine maintenance activities for all plant and equipment
2. Ensures availability of craftsmen, spare parts, materials, tools, and equipment
3. Handles downtime management and maintains facilities, systems, machinery, and equipment
4. Project Management; Assists in project conceptualization and implementation

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in plant operation as Engineering Technician
• Graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering courses; Licensed Engineer is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned in the following Plant sites: Luzon: Manila, Bataan/ Visayas: Iloilo / Mindanao: Davao

ENGINEERING AND MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Monitors and conducts routine checks on all electrical systems, facilities, machinery, and equipment.

• Conducts maintenance, repairs, modifications, and improvements
• Conducts installation and commissioning works for utilities and equipment

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in plant operation as Engineering Technician
• Graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering courses or related Vocational Course
• Willing to be assigned in the following Plant sites: Luzon: Manila, Bataan/ Visayas: Iloilo / Mindanao: Davao

ENGINEERING PLANNER

Records and reports machine downtimes, monitors PMS compliance, conducts spare parts inventory count, and prepares KPI appraisal results.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years progressive work experience in material resource planning
• Graduate of any Engineering courses; PRC License is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned in the following Plant sites: Luzon: Manila, Bataan/ Visayas: Iloilo / Mindanao: Davao

ADMINISTRATOR (under Administration and General Services Department)

Handles the facilities management system, supervises upkeep, implements operational standards, and coordinates maintenance procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience in facilities management and/or administrative services
• Graduate of any Engineering course; Engineering license and Master’s degree is an advantage
• With license in Safety Officer 2, Pollution Control Officer
