Job Description - Executive Assistant

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ( with Telemarketing experience )

Job Description:

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
  • Respond to emails.
  • Outbound calls for lead generation, surveys, event invitations, and/or sales.
  • Inbound calls to resolve customer queries or close lead/sales.
  • Data entry to update customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Create reports using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Manage and organize documents, files, and records.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Meet service level agreements set forth.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of work experience as a Telemarketer and/or Executive Assistant.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiating skills.
  • Effectively work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity; can deal with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships, work collaboratively with diverse individuals, and maintain a professional demeanor even in high-pressure situations.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • At least 40WPM typing speed.
  • Proficiency in using various software applications, including Google Workspace, MS Office, email, calendar management tools, and other relevant software systems.

Equipment Requirements:

  • Desktop/Laptop (at least i3 processor with 8 GB RAM)
  • A4Tech (HU 7P or HU 50) or any Jabra USB type headset with noise-cancelling feature
  • HD Webcam (1080p)
  • Wired internet connection; minimum of 10 Mbps
  • Software: Microsoft Office & PDF reader, Anydesk, Gdrive, Skype, Zoom
