Job Description - Executive Assistant - Urgent Hiring

We are looking to hire an organized Executive Assistant to join our productive team at Access Offshoring in Manila.

This is a remote position.

  • Support MD, PC, Operations SC in the performance of their duties
  • Triage general inboxes
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping processes such as reconciliation, fortnightly payroll, Accounts Payable and Receivable (preparing and issuing client invoicing, send out invoices, following up overdue invoices, downloading invoices for payment, credit card payments), chasing receipts, etc.
  • General administrative tasks
  • Continuous improvement activities
  • Generation of reports weekly and monthly
  • Online research and data collection
  • Marketing and social media management
  • Maintains and builds a supportive and effective team culture
  • Upholds and promotes the firm’s values
  • Maintains the highest ethical and professional standards


Requirements

  • At least 4 + years’ experience in Administration
  • Experience with CRM software like Hubspot, Intermediate Word and Excel skills, Sharepoint Admin, InDesign or other graphic design software
  • Intermediate MS Excel and MS Word Certification
