What are the daily tasks?
- Undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages, and routing correspondence
- Actively maintaining calendars; coordinating and creating calendar invitations for meetings
- Taking minutes of the meeting, maintaining a diary, arranging meetings and appointments, and providing reminders to keep everyone on track and on-time
- Keeping the Leadership team on-task with his assignments and projects
- Managing email traffic and organizing
- Preparing reports, presentations, templates, and briefs
- Entering sales opportunities into CRM Salesforce
- Handling all inquiries with a sense of urgency and importance
- Formalizing Business processes, putting material together for onboarding and documents
- Manage tasks, and organize calendars, events, comms, documents

Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience in using Quickbooks or a similar tool
- Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- The ability to communicate clearly with high attention to detail
- Strong work ethics, interpersonal skills, and communication skills to work professionally, effectively, and reliably with all employees
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with a senior executive in a small to medium business
- Interface with the Administrative Manager and other departments
- Very hands-on and proactive, ability to work independently
- Has a team player attitude
