Key Accountabilities
This role involves providing oversight, guidance, and support to project and program leaders, as well as ensuring that the necessary governance structures and processes are in place to drive successful outcomes.
Provide support in managing the executive governance of AMS (communication strategy, planning, preparation of presentations, facilitating committees, tracking and documenting key decisions and actions), help in the execution of strategic initiatives (communication and interaction with executive stakeholders, realization of analysis, documenting and reporting results to leadership team) and support leadership teams in the delivery of their priorities (project planning and monitoring, realization of presentation, organizing and driving governance)
Key Responsibilities
Governance support
Establish and maintain effective governance structures
Help for the organization and preparation of governance committees
Support the agenda definition with key contributors
Support the realization and consolidation of the presentation, by producing executive level presentation documents (mainly on powerpoint) and liaising with different stakeholders to define/collect the content
Organize and drive review sessions
Support committees facilitation
Documents minutes, key decisions and actions
Follow-up the realization of actions
Strategic initiatives execution support
Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives
Support the strategic initiative owner in achieving the expected results
Support in the planning realization and the monitoring of the defined actions
Follow up with the stakeholders involved and ensure the good progress
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders
Monitor and report on performance, risks, and issues
Communicate effectively with executive leadership regarding status and outcomes
Realize analysis based on the information received, document and report the results to the leadership teams
Support delivery
Provide required support to the leadership teams on their delivery priorities
Provide guidance and support to project managers in delivering strategic initiatives
Ensure alignment of projects with organizational strategy and priorities
Mainly work on planning definitions and follow-up, documentation preparation, meetings facilitation and coordination across different stakeholders

Qualifications and Experience (mandatory)
University graduate with experience in consulting and IT Roles +10 years, with +3 years in client facing management roles
Degree in business administration, project management, or related field
Proven experience in project/program management and PMO leadership
Strong experience in developing quality artefacts – Powerpoint presentations, plannings, meeting minutes...
Strong understanding of project governance and portfolio management principles
Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
Experience in facilitating workshops, to drive outcomes
Excellent inter-personal, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical skills and effective in analyzing data
Creative, analytical ability in problem resolution and troubleshooting
Demonstrated ability to effectively influence at the most senior levels and be effective
Qualifications Experience and (preferred)
IT Graduate qualification
MBA or equivalent
Experience in supporting executive teams
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus

The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong leadership and decision-making abilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the capability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization. They should be adept at managing complex stakeholder relationships, be highly organized, and have a strategic mindset to drive successful project deliveries aligned with organizational objectives.
This role requires a candidate who has the capability to work in a culturally diverse, dynamic environment and is delivery orientated.
Strong presentation and communication skills are critical, with a deep knowledge of Powerpoint presentations creation.
Candidate should be well organized and autonomous in realizing the tasks assigned.
