Job Description - Executive Secretary

  1. Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  2. Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, handling correspondence and phone calls with discretion.
  3. Facilitate internal and external communications, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
  4. Organize and maintain files and records of key documents.
  5. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives.
  6. Assist with personal tasks for the CEO as required.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  3. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  4. Strong communication abilities with proficiency in written and spoken English.
  5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative team approach.
  8. Discretion and confidentiality of the highest order.
